What's in the Box?

You definitely won't lose your head!

You'll find your plants packaged in sphagnum moss for the journey, to prevent them from drying out, along with handy labels so you can tell your Zebrinas from your Pallidas.

Whilst plants tend to survive quite well in transit, some plants may show signs of distress. Please unpack your plants straight away to limit time spent without light. After a period of settling in, your plant should perk back up.

Cuttings

Cuttings are typically unrooted, however may sometimes arrive with roots. They come in many shapes and sizes, ranging from large, robust stems to tiny, delicate ones, but rest assured that each will be healthy, with multiple leaves, to enhance your chances of successful growth.

It's important to note that while we strive for quality, there is no guarantee of success due to various environmental factors that influence plant growth, such as hydration, lighting, temperature, and humidity. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds if your plant does not thrive. However, we are here to assist you with any questions you may have about the best care practices for your new addition.

Cardboard boxes are sealed using recycled and recyclable paper parcel tape and plants are identified using wooden labels.

Whilst every care is taken to use biodegradable packaging, it is often necessary to use some plastic if there's a chance the moisture will soak through the box.
